Transnucleosidation: adenine analogue of the nucleoiside skeleton of the polyoxins

Abstract

An adenine analogue of the nucleoside skeleton of the antibiotic polyoxins has been prepared from the natural pyrimidine nucleoside by an improved transglycosylation reaction.
