Automated salting-out assisted single-phase liquid–liquid extraction of Cr(VI) from river water samples prior to its atomic absorption spectrometric determination

A new automated method was developed combining the features of the salting-out effect, single-phase liquid–liquid extraction (SPLLE), and flow-batch analysis to determine Cr(VI) in river water samples by ETAAS.

A convective heated digestion system with closed vessels: a new digestor for elemental inorganic analysis

A CHDS with closed vessels is now available as a simple, fast and safe alternative for sample preparation for trace element determination. The analytical performance in terms of residual carbon, accuracy, precision and LODs was demonstrated.

Mercury determination in bioresorbable calcium phosphate using a new electrothermal vaporization system coupled to ICP-MS

A new ETV system coupled to ICP-MS was developed to determine Hg at the ultra-trace level in bioresorbable calcium phosphate-based ceramic materials.
