Copper-catalyzed three-component phosphorylation–peroxidation of alkenes†
Abstract
A copper-catalyzed phosphorylation–peroxidation of alkenes has been developed. The three-component protocol provides practical access to multisubstituted β-phosphoryl peroxides by the reactions of P(O)–H compounds, alkenes and tert-butyl hydroperoxide (TBHP). The obtained β-phosphoryl peroxides can be applied to the synthesis of β-phosphoryl epoxides by using lithium bis(trimethylsilyl)amide (LHMDS) as a base.
