                    Abstract
We reported herein a facile approach for the synthesis of –C![[double bond, length as m-dash]](https://www.rsc.org/images/entities/char_e001.gif) N– linked covalent organic frameworks under ambient conditions. Three known (COF-42, COF-43, and COF-LZU1) and one new (Pr-COF-42) COF materials were successfully synthesized using this method. Furthermore, this simple synthetic approach makes the large-scale synthesis of –C
N– linked covalent organic frameworks under ambient conditions. Three known (COF-42, COF-43, and COF-LZU1) and one new (Pr-COF-42) COF materials were successfully synthesized using this method.
