The electrochemical C3 acyloxylation reactions of 2H-indazoles with carboxylic acids in the presence of K2CO3 were successfully developed, which were green and sustainable without transition-metal catalysts and stoichiometric oxidants.
Herein, we report a mild and efficient cobalt-catalyzed electrochemical method for the regioselective C–H acyloxylation of aromatic and vinylic amides, utilizing 8-aminoquinoline as the directing group.
We described here the first example of cobalt-electro-catalyzed enantioselective C–H acyloxylation of arylphosphinamides with carboxylic acids to generate P-stereogenic scaffolds.
A metal-free electrochemical strategy for the synthesis of aryl esters via cross-dehydrogenative coupling (CDC) of arenes and carboxylic acids, exhibiting high yields, broad substrate scope, excellent functional group tolerance, and easy scalability.
Herein, a chelation-assisted palladium-catalyzed ortho-acyloxylation of 2-aryl-4H-pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidin-4-ones is reported, enabling further elaboration toward the synthesis of benzofuran-fused pyridopyrimidinones.
