Quantitative multiplexing of uric acid and creatinine using polydisperse plasmonic nanoparticles enabled by electrochemical-SERS and machine learning

Electrochemical SERS and machine learning are combined to enable quantitative multiplexed detection of uric acid (UA) and creatinine (CRN). Using polydisperse Ag nanoparticles, limits of detection of 0.13 μM and 0.35 μM for UA and CRN are achieved.

Accelerated scarless wound healing by dynamical regulation of angiogenesis and inflammation with immobilized asiaticoside and magnesium ions in silk nanofiber hydrogels

Silk hydrogels containing asiaticoside and magnesium ions were used to tune the angiogenesis and inflammation dynamically. The hydrogels accelerated scarless wound healing, indicating synergistic reaction of asiaticoside and magnesium.

Grafting and controlled release of antimicrobial peptides from mesoporous silica

Antimicrobial peptides are grafted onto mesoporous silica particles and films. Their controlled release is presented, using a green light-responsive linker, which enables tunable release-concentration-time profiles.
