Abstract
Hippophae rhamnoides L. is an edible fruit for both medicine and food. Twelve new phenylpropanoid-homoisoflavonoid derivatives were isolated from this plant. Compounds (3–5, 7–9) exhibited hepatoprotective and hypolipidemic activities, respectively.
