Abstract
Correction for ‘Photosynthetic production of ethanol from carbon dioxide in genetically engineered cyanobacteria’ by Zhengxu Gao et al., Energy Environ. Sci., 2012, 5, 9857–9865.
After publication, the authors noticed an accidental error existing in Fig. 4(D) of the article, in which they mistakenly labeled the units of the Y-axis (Enzyme Activity) with “μmol min−1 mg−1”. The units should be corrected to “μmol min−1 g−1”. The outcome, analysis, and interpretations of the experiments and theories described in the original publication are not affected by this change in any manner or degree. The authors sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this error.
