Quantum Bio-Inorganic Chemistry
Abstract
The main goal of our research was to examine (1S,4R,5R)-4-(4-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)-2-((S)-1-phenylethyl)-2-azabicyclo[3.2.1]octane (L) and its complex-forming abilities with platinum(II) ions. We studied those complexes as potential anticancer prodrugs.

Abstract
Complex azabicyclic scaffolds were synthesized via base-promoted, diastereoselective MDRs using a novel isoindole-based methylene, featuring cascade ring expansion of 6-azabicyclo[3.2.1]octane to 2-azabicyclo[4.3.1]decane derivatives.

Abstract
The photocyclization of 3H-azepines exhibits a striking substituent-dependent preference toward the formation of the 2-azabicyclo[3.2.0]hepta-2,6-diene isomer, in agreement with experimental findings, while 6-substituted analogues remain unobserved.
