Enhancing Performance of Organic Phototransistor by a Sandwich-Heterostructure

Abstract

To weaken the adverse effects of traditional planar heterojunctions on phototransistors, an effective strategy for achieving low dark-current and high photoresponsive organic phototransistors via constructing sandwich heterostructure is demonstrated. This work offers a new route for the design and development of high-performance phototransistor devices.
