Synergistic catalysis of VN quantum dots and S/N heteroatoms enabling fast reaction kinetics for lithium–sulfur batteries
Abstract
This work reports an advanced sulfur host integrating VN quantum dots and S/N heteroatoms as dual catalytic sites for lithium–sulfur batteries, which can significantly facilitate the adsorption and conversion of soluble lithium polysulfides, thereby endowing lithium–sulfur batteries with high reversible specific capacity and excellent cycling stability.
