The regulatory effect of triphenylphosphine oxide on perovskites for morphological and radiative improvement

Abstract

The influence of a triphenylphosphine oxide (TPPO) additive on the morphology and emission of FAPbBr3 perovskites is investigated, which indicates the defect passivation through P[double bond, length as m-dash]O coordination for morphological improvement and emission enhancement, owing to the reduced non-radiative recombination rate and the stabilized FAPbBr3 crystal phase as evidenced by transient and temperature-dependent emission spectra.
