About this collection

We are pleased to present a themed issue of Chemical Society Reviews on Catalysis for Production of Renewable Energy. The aim of this themed issue is to provide a sampling of key contributions and advances on novel and innovative catalytic methodologies and characterization tools for the production of renewable energies, encompassing areas of knowledge from fuel cells to biofuels, biomass and waste valorisation, solar energy and other related topics. The issue was guest edited by Jinlong Gong and Rafael Luque. New articles will be added to this collection as they are published.
