We report an in situ forming hydrogel with G-quartet, amino acid, and formylphenyl boronic acid, with modular glucose-responsive insulin release characteristics. Nontoxic and effective, it maintains euglycemic levels in a type-1 diabetes rat model, offering a promising approach for diabetes management.
