Surface Ligand Manipulation enables ~15% Efficient MAPbI3 Perovskite Quantum Dot Solar Cell

Abstract

We reported a surface ligand manipulation strategy for hybird MAPbI3 perovskite quantum dots (PeQDs) using methylamine iodide, methylamine thiocyanate and methylamine acetate salts. After methylamine iodide salts post-treatment, a record high efficiency of 14.98% was obtained for MAPbI3 PeQD solar cells together with enhanced ambinet stability.
