The past decade has witnessed the rapid growth of the research field of Bio-inspired Interfacial Materials and interfacial Chemistry. Various interfacial phenomenon unravelled in biological systems have led to the revolutionary development of novel interfacial materials and chemistry, providing new opportunities and potentials in a wide range of applications.
