About this collection

Guest Edited by Assistant Professor Hao Jing (George Mason University, USA). This collection focuses on multicomponent plasmonic hybrid nanoarchitectures with precisely tailored properties for emerging applications. Topics include controlled synthesis and characterization of plasmonic nanomaterials (noble metals and semiconductors) with tuneable optical and/or catalytic properties, interactions of novel plasmonic nanoparticles with their molecular environment, such as biological fluids and proteins, and theoretical understanding of nanoplasmonics with emerging numerical simulation methods.
