About this collection

This special collection of articles showcases research work presented at the 2nd International Conference on Unconventional Catalysis, Reactors & Applications held on September 21-23 2022 in Leamington Spa, UK. This collection has been Guest Edited by the conference chairs Professor Evgeny Rebrov (University of Warwick, UK and TU Eindhoven, The Netherlands) and Professor Asier Unciti-Broceta (University of Edinburgh, UK). The papers published as part of this collection are included in three different RSC journals: Catalysis Science & Technology, Reaction Chemistry & Engineering and Molecular Systems Design & Engineering (MSDE). We hope you enjoy the papers published in these three journals, and in doing so we hope to bring together the different communities pioneering unconventional, interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approaches to catalysis, reaction engineering, molecular engineering and beyond.
