Here we answer some frequently asked questions about using our new integrated content delivery platform for RSC publications.

What information can I search using the new publications platform?
You can search across all RSC-hosted journal, database and book content published since 1841 to present day, through one simple search. You cannot currently search RSC magazine or news articles on this website.
Do I need to register as a new user to use the new publications platform?
No, you do not need to register as a new user to search the website. However, we do strongly recommend that you create a login account so that you can take full advantage of the saved search and personal alerting (of saved searches) features offered.
Will my existing journal contents email alerts (E-Alerts) be affected?
No. Standard table of contents alerting for journals, databases and the eBook Collection will not change. Subscribers to these services do not need to do anything.
What features does the new publications platform offer?
Information about the latest release of the publications platform is available on the RSC Publishing Innovation blog.
How can I provide feedback or report a problem with the website?
Please use feedback link located at the top right of every page on the website.
Is there a mobile application for RSC Publishing?

Where can I find support for library and information professionals
Please visit the librarians' portal where you will find full migration support (including information about link resolvers and institutional login), plus
• access to usage statistics for both books and journals
• facilities to register and change IP address(es)
• ability to amend contact and address
• facility to upload and change branding, including logos and text
• pages detailing which RSC publications the institute has valid access to
