Real-time Investigating Two Conformational Changes of an Adenosine Aptamer with Single-Molecule Fingerprint Signals

Abstract

By utilizing fingersprint signanls, the conformation changes of Adenosine/aptamer complex were investigated in real time. Two conformations correspond to the kinetic and thermodynamic products respectively. Furthermore, a multi-parameter fingerprint-based discrimination of adenosine and its phosphorylated analogues and ultrasensitive detection method with a detection limit of 1.75 nM were established.
