Dopant-Driven 0D-to-3D Phase Transition in Perovskite Nanocrystals via Interfacial Ligand Shuttling
Abstract
Here, we report a room-temperature, post-synthesis Mn 2+ doping method for perovskite nanocrystals (NCs) in nonpolar solvents using zero-dimensional (0D) Cs4PbBr6 as a scaffold. The Pb 2+ -poor structure enables Mn 2+ incorporation, inducing phase transition to CsPb1 -x Mnx(Cl/Br)3 with dual emission via oleylamine-mediated hydrogen-bond transfer.
