Abstract
Pr2O3/RuO2 heterostructures achieve record-low acidic OER activity (162 mV) and high mass value (246.5 A gRu-1), surpassing commercial RuO2. The interfacial effect optimizes intermediate adsorption and stability, reducing energy barriers.
