An endogenous enzyme-triggered multivariate-gated DNA nanosystem for high-fidelity tumour cell recognition

Abstract

We report an APE1/dual-miRNA-triggered ternary logic gate for high-fidelity tumor imaging. Sequential activation drives cascaded amplification, eliminating false positives and enabling in vitro cancer discrimination for in situ diagnosis.
