Intrinsically Stretchable Nanowire-Based Sensing Patch for Wearable Analysis of Sweat Chloride Ion Composition
Abstract
An intrinsically stretchable electrochemical patch for continuous sweat chloride monitoring is presented. Constructed entirely from solution-processed materials, it features an in situ converted Ag/AgCl nanowire electrode and a compliant thermoplastic polyurethane-based reference membrane. The patch enables realtime, on-body analysis during exercise, establishing a low-cost route to wearable sensors.
