10.21% Efficiency Sb2(S,Se)3 Thin Film Solar Cells with a Mixed Hole-Transport Materials

Abstract

This study demonstrates that hexabenzocoronene functionalized with di-p-methoxyphenylamine (HPB-OMeDPA) can be applied as highly efficient, low cost hole transport material in antimony sulfoselenide (Sb₂(S,Se)₃) solar cells, which shows improved stability and enhanced charge transport efficiency. Furthermore, employing a mixed hole transport materials significantly increases the power conversion efficiency from 9.28% to 10.21%.
