Dimensional Engineering of 3D Hierarchical Camellia-like Supramolecular Organic Frameworks for Enhanced Electrochemiluminescence

Abstract

A 3D hierarchical camellia-like supramolecular organic framework (CSOF) was successfully constructed to suppress nanosheet stacking and aggregation, enhancing electrochemiluminescence. Combined with entropy-driven signal amplification, CSOF-based electrochemiluminescence biosensors enable femtomolar-level detection of the aflatoxin-related aflD gene, offering a viable approach for early toxin screening.
