Preparation of Heterogeneous VOₓ/V₂C MXene@V₂O₅ via Van der Waals Self-Assembly for High-Performance Aqueous Zinc-Ion Batteries

Abstract

V₂O₅ is a promising cathode for aqueous zinc-ion batteries, but faces challenge of capacity fading and poor rate-performance. Here, a heterogeneous VOₓ/V₂C@V₂O₅ is designed via van der Waals self-assembly methode to mitigate structural degradation and improve conductivity, thereby achieving stable cyclability and high-rate performance.
