Aerogel-inspired interfacial engineering of metal–organic framework and black phosphorus heterojunction for enhanced CO2 photocatalytic reduction
Abstract
Photocatalytic reduction of CO2 to value-added products shows promise for addressing energy and environmental challenges, but is constrained by inefficient charge separation and light utilization. We develop an aerogel-inspired mechanochemical strategy to fabricate NH2-UiO-66 and black phosphorus heterojunctions that feature robust interfacial coupling and stabilization of key intermediates to promote CO2-to-CO conversion.
