Simple-structured high-performance narrow-band responsive PM-OPDs enabled by deep trap charge capturing
Abstract
The incorporation of the HATCN dopant into the F16CuPc active layer facilitates efficient charge trapping, enabling the fabrication of simple-structured and high-performance photomultiplication organic photodetectors (PM-OPDs). By optimizing HATCN concentration, a marked enhancement in device efficiency is achieved. The optimized device exhibits a maximum EQE exceeding 11 000% and a D* of over 1.0 × 1012 Jones. Through the integration of a filter film, the device achieves a narrowband spectral response with a full width at half maximum (FWHM) of 70 nm, which shows potential for application in human heart rate detection.
