Core–shell covalent organic framework-copper nickel disulfide nanoreactors for the synergistic treatment of wound infections
Abstract
Bacterial biofilms are a major cause of diabetic chronic wound healing failure, with effective solutions still challenging. This study prepares core–shell Cu-NiS2@COF@PEG nanoreactors with dual enzyme-like/photothermal effects. In vitro and in vivo studies confirmed that they have multi-mode sterilization, promote collagen deposition, and accelerate angiogenesis to promote healing.
