Influence of Zn2+ and S2− on the formation of CsPbBr3 nanocrystals in fluorophosphate glass
Abstract
This work validated a two-step formation mechanism of CsPbBr3 perovskite nanocrystals in glass, consisting of a phase separation and subsequent phase transition towards nanocrystal formation. Further adjustment of the kinetics of the two processes was achieved by the incorporation of Zn2+ and S2−, leading to improved optical performance.
