Electrochemical Contact Modification with MoO3: a Strategy to Enhance Performance of p-Type Organic Thin-Film Transistors
Abstract
An electrochemical deposition strategy was demosntrated for modifying the suour-drain electrodes of organic field-effect transistors with smooth and firm MoO3 films. It addresses the unintentional doping issues caused by MoO3 modification in OFETs and enhances the device performance by optimizing metal/organic contact, underscoring the potential of electrochemistry techniques in electronics.
