In situ electropolymerizable thiophene-diketopyrrolopyrrole-based organic cathode for efficient lithium-organic batteries

Abstract

An in situ electropolymerization cathode based on thiophene-diketopyrrolopyrrole (Th-DPP) was developed to improve the efficiency of lithium-organic batteries (LOBs). The electronic structures, morphologies, and cathode solubilities of electropolymerized Th-DPP were investigated to realize high-capacity stable LOBs.
