Construction of a hydrogen-bonded organic framework-based therapeutic platform by one-pot method

Abstract

The anticancer drug camptothecin (CPT) was successfully in situ loaded into a hydrogen-bonded organic framework (HOF) by one-pot method with a high loading efficiency of 42 wt%, and the resultant HOF based therapeutic platform could suppress the tumor growth effectively.
