Facile solution synthesis, morphology control, and anisotropic optical performance of CsPbCl3 microcrystals

Abstract

A facile solution strategy to synthesize large-sized CsPbCl3 crystals was reported and uniform micrometer-sized crystals were successfully synthesized in several minutes. Interestingly, the crystals were found to exhibit polarization sensitive properties, with a polarization anisotropic ratio of 3, which was higher than that of aligned perovskite nanowire arrays (2.6).
