Cost-effective green antisolvent towards reproducible fabrication of high-efficiency perovskite solar cells

Abstract

The cost-effective sustainable tert-butanol (TBA) as a green antisolvent is applied in Perovskite solar cells (PSCs). The TBA-assisted device yields impressive power conversion efficiency of 24.5%. Notably, TBA antisolvent brings an ultrawide processing window, significantly improving the reproducibility of PSCs. The TBA effect stems from hydrogen-bonding interactions with N, N-dimethylformamide/Dimethyl sulfoxide (DMF/DMSO) solvents.
