In this study, we developed a mitochondria-targeted near-infrared fluorescent probe HD-Br-D for simultaneous detection of H2S, Cys, and GSH in vitro and in vivo. We anticipate that HD-Br-D will become a powerful tool for diagnosis of diseases, such as tumors, in the near future.
