Phase-Selective Redissolution Enabling Phase-Pure 2D/3D Perovskite Solar Cells

Abstract

We present a phase-selective redissolution strategy that directs MA-based 2D perovskites into phase-pure FA-based 2D/3D heterostructures. This approach overcomes intrinsic multiphase issues and enables efficient defect management. The resulting devices achieve 25.02% efficiency and demonstrate outstanding long-term stability under thermal stress.
