Synthesis of microporous titanosilicates ETS-10 and ETS-4 using solid TiO2 as the source of titanium

Abstract

Microporous titanosilicates ETS-10 and ETS-4 are synthesized under hydrothermal conditions using solid TiO2 as a source of titanium; the transformation of anatase and rutile phases to the ETS products is found to be direct without involving intermediate amorphous phases.
