Conformational studies of peroxidase–substrate complexes. Structure of the indolepropionic acid–horseradish peroxidase complex

Abstract

N.m.r. spectroscopic methods are described for determining the conformation of substrate molecules bound to hemoproteins, and a structure is presented for the indolepropionic acid–horseradish peroxidase complex.
