Controllable Synthesis and Lattice Vibration Anisotropy of 2D Sb₂O₃ Single Crystals
Abstract
Two-dimensional molecular crystals serve as excellent van derWaals gate dielectrics due to their low defect density. In this paper, a facile micro-spacing sublimation method was used to synthesize 2D Sb₂O₃ single crystals, enabling strong in-plane vibrational anisotropy. This research provides a platform for next-generation electronics.
