Dysprosium induced structural modulation for reduced working potential and enriched lithium storage sites
Abstract
A flake-like lithium dysprosium titanate (LIDT) anode is developed to circumvent the high voltage limitation of lithium titanate. It demonstrates a compelling combination of low operating voltage (0.4 V), high capacity (220 mAh gā1), and desirable stability (97% retention after 4500 cycles at 20C), paving a new way for high-energy-density batteries.
