The relationship between pore architecture of MFI zeolite and isoamylene oligomerization

Abstract

During the isoamylene oligomerization catalyzed by MFI zeolite, it is found that the dimerization selectivity is clear correlated with micropore volume and percentage of external surface area. The sample with balance of mesopore and acidity makes the conversion and yield rates exceed 92.3 % and 60 % within 12 h.
