Graphene oxide and gold nanoparticle based nanocomposite for aptamer-based electrochemical detection of CD36

Abstract

A 4-aminothiophenol-modified graphene oxide/gold nanoparticle nanocomposite was utilized to fabricate an electrochemical aptasensor for sensitive CD36 detection, exhibiting a linear range of 1-30 ng mL⁻¹ (R² = 0.994) and a low detection limit of 0.45 ng mL⁻¹, together with satisfactory selectivity and reproducibility for biomarker sensing.
