A Urea-Integrated Molecular Phenothiazine Cathode via Hydrogen-Bonding Engineering for High-Performance Lithium Organic Batteries
Abstract
We report a phenothiazine -based small molecule (MPT-U), which could be facilely synthesized, as a high-potential cathode for lithium organic batteries. The urea segments can not only form intermolecular hydrogen bonds to suppress the solubility; but also serve as weak electron-donors to stabilize the two-step redox processes of phenothiazine.
