Multiplexed digital colloid-enhanced Raman spectroscopy for metabolite detection via selective molecular affinity
Abstract
We construct a dual-nanoparticle platform with complementary affinities for broad metabolite capture, and integrate it with digital colloid-enhanced Raman spectroscopy to enable sensitive multiplex quantification in low-concentration mixtures, achieving improved detection limits and promising advances for SERS metabolomics and clinical diagnosis.
