UiO-66-derived nano-separation microelectrode for in vivo dopamine sensing with high sensitivity and selectivity
Abstract
Inspired by metal-organic framework (MOF) separation property, we develop a UiO-66-(COOH)2-functionalized electrochemical sensor for in vivo dopamine (DA) detection. It exhibits high sensitivity and selectivity, enabling in vivo monitoring DA release in rat brain induced by local microinjection of carbon monoxide (CO) donor.
