Abstract
Ligand modified cobalt-iron layered double hydroxides exhibit improved activity and stability for glycerol electrooxidation due to the increased active sites exposure, modulated electronic structures, and stabilized metal sites. Thus, an assembled flow electrolyzer enables high efficiency toward formate and hydrogen production in glycerol electrolysis.
