Enhancing bipolar ion storage in azulene-based conjugated microporous polymer cathodes via donor-acceptor dipole homogenization

Abstract

A donor-acceptor azulene-based CMP was designed to enhance electron transport by modulating molecular dipole moment. Further integration with CNTs to form TPA-CMP@CNT-50 promotes electrochemical reactions, delivering 242 mAh g–1 at 0.1 A g–1 and outstanding cycling stability over 5000 cycles at 2 A g–1.
