Copper-coordinated dendritic photosensitizer for spatiotemporally synergistic PDT-CDT cascade antitumor therapy

Abstract

A copper-coordinated dendritic photosensitizer (TPAGP@Cu) is developed for synergistic photodynamic-chemodynamic therapy. It combines dual Type I/II ROS generation with GSH-depleting Fenton-like chemistry, amplifying oxidative stress via a spatiotemporally coupled cascade. TPAGP@Cu exploits the tumor microenvironment to achieve enhanced specificity and antitumor efficacy.
